To boost your immunity at this time of the year:

– Consider taking vitamin C daily
– Consider taking pro-biotic supplement, such as OptiBac
– Drink plenty of water and reduce coffee, tea and alcohol
– Eat plenty of fresh food raw, and cook with fresh ingredients full of energy
– Avoid ready meals, they contain no energy
– Sleep enough for your needs

– Exercise, even if it’s just a brisk walk outdoors
– Be happy, have a laugh
– If you feel sluggish, try a cold shower or a warm bath with Epsom salts
