Tip of the month for February 2011

Can’t sleep?
– Avoid alcohol completely and caffeine after 6pm.
– Switch off computer use a minimum of one hour before bed time.
– Put the day to bed by thinking what happened that day and making a list of things to
remember/do tomorrow. – Try Valerian/hops by A. Vogel 30 mins before bed time.
– If thoughts going around and around your head stop you sleeping try White Chestnut by
Bach flower essences.
