Tip of the month for March 2011

Many low fat yoghurts are very high in sugar and/or aspartame (google the side-effects of aspartame and that should stop you drinking or eating any ‘diet’ foods/drinks). Drink pure water or pure juice in a diluted form, eat natural low fat yoghurt and add your own flavouring with fruit. Little changes make a big difference over time in your health.
