Tip of the month November 2013

Are you feeling low? At the end of each day write down all the little and not so little positive things and things that made you happy and smile that day. Keep a diary of happy things to re-train your brain to focus on the positives and learn to be happier. It has been proven that smiling makes you happier, so even if you do not feel happy – smile! If this fails, book HK 🙂
