Signs of stress:

* Always feeling that something needs to be done, and that you cannot simply sit and relax.
* An inability to make decisions, and becoming increasingly frustrated by this.
* Poor concentration and increased irritability.
* Drinking excess caffeine or alcohol, and/or smoking.
* Palpitations of the heart, a ‘lump’ in the throat or stomach, dry mouth and slight tremor of the hands.
* Interrupted sleep patterns.

Try breathing exercises, physical exercise, get enough sleep, reduce the amount spent on PC/games, and other gadgets, read a good book, spend time outdoors, cook/enjoy fresh food, sit at the table to eat, socialise with good friends, have a laugh, share your feelings. Book a HK appointment.
